Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October in 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. She is also the voice for a variety of characters from Robot Chicken and Tifa Lockhart in the Final Fantasy series, starting with the English version of the film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former as well as JoAnn Cook who is weaver and teacher of cooking. Cook is part Italian. Cook was featured in her first public service announcement about foster care when she was seven years old. Cook started working as model for children's prints at the age of 10 years old, including national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis South High School.
