 Jimmy Donaldson, born May 7, 1998, more commonly known as the pseudonym MrBeast is an American YouTube personality, entrepreneur and an philanthropist. He is famous for creating YouTube videos with costly stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson began uploading videos on YouTube in 2012, at 13 years old under the username "MrBeast6000"; his early content ranged from Let's Plays to "videos estimating the amount of money other YouTubers have." In 2017 his "counting as high as 100,000" YouTube video became viral. He was 13 years old older and was using the username "MrBeast6000". His first videos included Let's plays and videos about estimating other YouTubers' wealth. Once his channel took off, Donaldson hired several of his former classmates to assist him in running the growing brand. MrBeast is Donaldson's primary YouTube channel with over 100 million subscribers was launched in 2022
